Real Numbers | Any Rational, Integer, Whole, Natural, or Irrational numbers |
Rational Numbers | A repeating or terminating decimal |
Integers | A number with no decimal |

Evaluate | You may have to substitute (When in the given variables and then use "Aunt Sally") |
Simplify | Combine like terms (Your answer most likely will have a variable in it where but not necessarily) |
Distributive | a(b+c)= ab+ac |
Commutative | a+b=b=a a*b=b*a |
Associative | (a+b)+c= a+(b+c) |
Identity | a+0=a OR 0+a=a 1*a=a OR a*1=a |
Inverse | a+(-a)=0 |
