When does one ask for Teshuvah? When one wishes not to sin again
What are the three different kinds of Teshuvah? Charatah (regret), V'yedu (confession)and Kabalah L'atid (acceptance for the future)
What does Mechila prove? Must be earned, proves the aggressor has changed
What is the purpose of Mechilah? 1) Makes the aggressor a better person 2) restores/fixes relationship between victim + aggressor
Source #3? if you sin and feel embarrassed, you are forgiven
Chatarah? Regret
V'yedu? Confession
Kabalah L'atid? Acceptance for the future
