Abortion termination of pregnancy before the age of fetal viability, usually 24 weeks.
Amenorrhea abscence of menstruation
Contraception measures taken to prevent pregnancy
Cystocele downward displacement of the bladder into the anterior vaginal wall
Dysmenorrhea painful menstruation
Dyspareunia painful intercourse
Endometriosis growth of endometrial tissue on structures outside of the uterus, within the pelvic cavity
Hematuria blood in the urine
Hesitency difficulty initiating the urinary stream
Impotence Inability of an adult male to have an erection firm enough, or to maintain it long enough, to complete sexual intercourse
Infertility inability or diminished ability to produce offspring
Menopause cessation of menstruation
Menorrhagia excessively heavy menstrual flow
Metrorrhagia vaginal bleeding between menstrual periods
Nocturia awakening at night to void
Oligomenorrhea decreased menstrual flow
Orchiectomy removal of the testis
Polymenorrhea menstrual periods that are abnormally frequent, generally less than every 21 days
Post Void Residual urine that remains in the bladder after urination
Priapism prolonged erection that does not occur in response to sexual stimulation
Prolapsed Uterus downward displacement of the uterus into the vagina
Rectocele anterior displacement of the rectum into the posterior vaginal wall
Spermatogenesis production of sperm
Tenesmus spasmodic contradiction of the anal or bladder sphincter, causing pain and a persistent urge to empty the bowel or bladder
Urethrocele downward displacement of the urethra into the vagina
Urethrostomy formation of a permanent fistula opening into the urethra
