Zyprexa (olanzapine) Antipsychotics - atypical I- treats stuttering. SE- increasd risk for orthostatic hypertension, weight gain
Seroquel (quetiapine) Antipsychotics - atypical I - Schizophrenia
Geodon (ziprasidone) Antipsychotics - atypical Ben- weight neutral, less prolactin elevation. SE- risk of prolonged QT wave (heart block)
Abilify (aripiprazole) Antipsychotics - atypical Ben - minimal weight gain
Consta Antipsychotics - atypical long acting form of Risperdal, injectable

EARLY symptoms of Lithium toxicity muscle weakness, tinnitus, decreased appetite, slurred speech, severe diarrhea, nystagmus
ADVANCING symptoms of Lithium toxicity coarse hand tremors, drowsiness, change in cognitive status, incoordination
SEVERE symptoms of Lithium toxicity ataxia, clonic movements, large output of dilute urine, seizure/coma
FINAL symptoms of Lithium toxicity circulatory collapse, hypothyroidism, proteinuria, oliguria that leads to anuria
Serotonin syndrome symptoms hyperpyrexia, tachycardia, unstable VS, cognitive changes, hallucinations, muscle rigidity, incoordination can lead to seizures, renal failure and death
