7TH GRADE Bill of Rights
| Amendment | Description |

| Amendment I (1) | Freedom for the people. |
| Amendment II (2) | States are allowed armed forces, and weapons. |
| Amendment III (3) | No Soldier can be quartered. |
| Amendment IV (4) | Search warrants must be issued before a search is conducted. |
| Amendment V (5) | No punishment can happen without due process of law. No double jeopardy. No property taken without due process of law, unless eminent domain from government. |
| Amendment VI (6) | Indicted people have a speedy public trial. |
| Amendment VII (7) | Juries decide civil cases. |
| Amendment VIII (8) | Allows for bail. Bans cruel and unusual punishment against someone convicted of a crime. |
| Amendment IX (9) | Allows courts and Congress to decide basic rights of citizens. |
| Amendment X (10) | Any powers not delegated or given to the federal government belong to the states and people. |
