THIS IS A LIGHT SLEEP. BRAIN ACTIVITY SLOWS AND WE DISCONNECT WITH THE WORLD AND THIS MAY LAST 10-15 MINS STAGE 2
THIS IS A DEEPER SLEEP, DIFFICULTY AWAKENING, AND POSSIBLE SNORING. LAST ABOUT 5-15 MINS STAGE 3
THIS IS THE DEEPEST SLEEP, HE IS VERY RELAXED, HARD TO AWAKEN, CONFUSED AND SOME DREAMING MAY OCCUR AND IT LASTS FROM 20-50 MINS STAGE 4
