What is the normal & abnormal urine output for 24 hours? Normal 1,200-1,500 ml abnormal below 1,200 ml
What is Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN)? Urea is the end product of protein metabolism; is measured as BUN to evaluate renal function
What is the normal & abnormal color and clarity of urine? normal-straw,amber transparent abnormal- dark amber, cloudy, dark orange, red or dark brown
What is the normal & abnormal odor of urine? normal-faint abnormal-offensive
What is the sterility of normal and abnormal urine? normal-no microoganisms present abnormal- microoganism present
What is the normal and abnormal PH of urine? normal-4.5-8 abnormal-below 4.5
