17th amendment USA SENATORS ELECTIONS – “at large” voting no district lines, making voting fair and each vote counting. THIS INCREASES THE PARTICIPATION IN DEMOCRACY.

19th amendment Gender voting; made women able to vote
20th amendment PRESIDENTIAL TERMS - this is the “Lame Duck” [outgoing legal president who lost the next election], and set January 20th as the oath to office day, and names a line up.
21st amendment Prohibition repealed
22nd amendment Presidential term limits (2 terms or 10 years)
23rd amendment Washington DC secured the right to vote
24th amendment POLL TAX ILLEGAL – can not “mess” with people at the polls, charge $, or give exams.
25th amendment PRESIDENTIAL DISABILITY – hurt, sick, etc. VP will act as President
26th amendment Made voting at 18 legal (due to Vietnam crisis)
27th amendment CONGRESSIONAL PAY [RAISE] – has to be intervening election years
