the result of excess potassium entering the cell will be increase hydrogen entering the vessel, which will cause ... an alkaline state.
treatment for hypokalemia find the cause, treat that. - replace slowly - consider potassium sparing diuretics - monitor cardiac function.
s&S of hypokalemia resp: shallow breath ms: slower reflex cv: weak pulse, dysrhythmas GI: slower motility
