What is a Rough Rider? A person [Teddy Roosevelt] who fought at the battle at San Juan.
What is Reparations? Pay mostly from Germany.
Who was the president during WWI? Teddy Roosevelt.
How did Nationalism cause the war in Europe? Many feared Germany's growing power in Europe.
How did Imperialism cause the war in Europe? Colonies supplied them with raw materials.
How did Militarism cause the war in Europe? Army reserve system that drefted young men.
How did Alliances cause the war in Europe? Triple Alliance- Germany,Austria-Hungary & Italy.
How did the Assassination of Archduke Fernindand? Germany pulled everyone in and attacked france.
Why did Naturalized Citizens oppose U.S participation in the war? Some followed the war closesly because they still had ties to the nations.
Why did Socialists oppose U.S participation in the war? Criticized the war as capitalist and imperialist struggle between Germany & England.
Why did Pacifists oppose U.S participation in the war? Beleived the war was evil, U.S wanted peace.
Why did the Parents oppose U.S participation in the war? They said they didnt raise their sons to be a soldier & to kill other peoples sons.
