Mayflower Compact written by the Pilgrims at Plymouth MA pledging themselves to form a self-government and to obey the its laws.
Puritans Protestants Christians who left England and founded Massachusetts Bay for religious reason. They wanted to purify the Church of England
Quakers group of protestants who opposed war and violence and founded Pennsylvania.
