Skeletal System

The Bones that contain the red and yellow bone marrow are the large, hollow bones such as the humorous.
Red bone marrow makes the blood components such as red blood cells.
Yellow bone marrow fat that is stored in the bones.
What bones compose the axial skeleton? The axial skeleton is composed of the torso from the pelvic bones to the skull.
What bones compose the appendicular skeleton? The appendages such as the leg bones compose the appendicular skeleton
Where is the scapula? The scapula is the shoulder blade.
Where is the tibia? The tibia is the shinbone.
Where are the metacarpals? Tubular bones between the wrist bones and each of the forelimb digits in land vertebrates, corresponding to the metatarsal bones of the foot.
Where are the phalanges? The finger and toe bones.
Where is the pelvic girdle. The pelvic girdle is a ring-like bony structure, located in the lower part of the trunk. It connects the axial skeleton to the lower limbs.
