Maalox | Do not take within 2 hours of any medication used to treat GERD, heartburn give with 1/2 glass of water |

How to give inhalation medication | shake bottle, have patient breath out, breath in while giving medication, hold for 5-10 seconds, then repeat after 1 minute if needed |

Furosemide | used to treat heart failure and hypotension Side effects: Steven-johnson syndrome, aplastic anemia, and agraunolocytosis drink with milk to prevent GI irriation |
