straight elevator to loose tooth from periodontal ligaments before extraction
root elevators to separate and lift root from socket
root tip picks to lift and remove small root fragments
rongeurs to trim and remove excess alveolar bone after extraction
bone file to smooth and remove rough edges
surgical chisel to split or section a tooth for easier removal
mallet to use with the bone chisel to section tooth for easier removal
extraction forcep to remove tooth from the socket
