Explain how the war in Europe brought an economic boom to in the U.S. because the U.S. traded with britain and france. and the Allies borrowed billions of dollars from U.S. banks to pay for the war, so they would have to pay it back eventually.

Explain why Wilson proposed the League of Nations and why the Senate didn't ratify U.S. involvement in it Wilson proposed the League of Nations because he believed it would preserve peace and prevent wars by pledging to respect and protect one another's territory and political independence. the Senate didn't ratify the U.S. involvement in the League of Nations, because of some senators' opposition to it, such as Henry Cabot Lodge who believed that if the U.S. joined the league of nations, American troops and American ships may be ordered to any part of the world by nations other than US
