DxManifestations/Causes
ABRUPT episodic RUQ/epigastric pain; some can be asymptomatic B/c the liver and gallbladder are located on the RUQ, _______ is a telltale sign of cholelithiasis.
Cholelithiasis Abrupt episodic RUQ pain, N/V, tachycardia, diaphoresis, steatorrhea (fatty stool d/t inability to breakdown fat caused by stones); similar s/sx to heart attack so we need to do imaging tests to differentiate

Kehr's; murphy's; cholecystitis ____'s sign (REFERRED pain - right should radiated pain w/ breathing b/c diaphragm hits GB & liver; ___'s sign (RUQ pain on deep inspiration w/ palpation -> + if abrupt CESSATION upon Right sternal palpation d/t pain - GB inflammation); both s/s of ___
WBC; serum bilirubin; alkaline phosphatase; amylase/lipase Elevated _____ (leukocytosis), _____ (rt liver fn), _______ (rt gallbladder fn & bone cancer), _____/____ (rt pancreas -> basically "lactic acid" from pancreas.
Charcot's triad; cholangitis; WBC, serum bilirubin, AST, ALT Intermittent chills/fever, RUQ abdominal pain/tenderness, jaundice (b/c COMMON bile duct affects both liver and GB) make up the _____ triad -> s/sx of ______; _____, ____, ____, ____ will also be elevated.
