Concurrent powers: Powers shared by national and state governments

Executive: - Branch of government that enforces laws
Expressed powers: - Powers specifically stated in the Constitution for the national government
Implied powers: Powers not stated but necessary to carry out expressed powers (DUH)

Judicial review: - check to see if laws and acts are Constitutional
