What is 'hyperextension'? | straightening a joint beyond its normal range |
What is 'abduction'? | movement away from the body's vertical midline |
What is 'adduction'? | movement towards the body's vertical midline |
What is 'horizontal abduction & adduction'? | moving your arm across your body & back again |
What is 'rotation'? | circular movement around an axis of a joint |
What is 'circumduction'? | circular movement that is a combination of flexion, extension, adduction and abduction |
