What do we ask our preoperative patient about in regards to Role-Relationship pattern? Will this surgery cause problems in your usual roles/relationships? Will you have the needed support following discharge?
What do we ask our preoperative patient about in regards to sexuality-reproductive pattern? Do you expect this surgery to have any impact on your usual sexual activity?
What do we ask our preoperative patient about in regards to coping – stress pattern? How do you feel about this surgery?
What do we ask our preoperative patient about in regards to value-belief pattern? Do you have a conflict between your planned surgery and your value belief system?
