Physical Geography The study of natural processes and the distribution of features in the environment such as landforms, plants, animals, and climate. (Physical land features.)
Human Geography The study of the events and processes that have shaped how humans understand, use and alter Earth. (What, where, why humans do something)
Spatial perspective A way of thinking about how and why physical features or processes are positioned in geographic space. (Why physical features are there)
Ecological perspective The relationship between living things and their environments.
Cartographer A map maker
Toponym A place name, especially one derived from a topographical feature.
Globalization The expansion of economic cultural and political processes on a world wide scale.
Infrastructure Structures, systems and facilities serving the economy of a business, industry, country, cisy, town, or area; including the services and facilities necessary for its economy to function
