What happens in the planning phase of the nursing process? here we set goals or expected outcomes. includes making interventions that will be used to assist the client to meet the outcomes.
What does the Implementation phase include? this phase includes the nursing actions/ intervention needed to accomplish the establised goals set in the planning phase. Patient education or Teaching is very important!
When patient teaching should the nurse advise the patient what to eat? Yes! because some foods help or hinder a drugs effectiveness. ex-bananas(potassium) are good when taking diuretics because the drugs rob the body of K. and leafy green veggies should be limitted when patient take Coudamin

what does q.i.d mean? DRUG TAKEN 4 TIME A DAY
