why is California central valley normally dry? the temperature in the valley is always about 2 degrees hotter than anywhere else in the area.
How did the California valley become a large farming area? Since it is such a naturally dry place they bring in water through irrigation systems.
What is Alaska's climate? Southcentral Alaska: Subarctic climate with short, cool summers. Their climate is dependent on the amount of precipitation that year.
What is Hawaii's Climate? mild tropical climate. the climate is affected by mountain ranges, trade winds, and ocean currents.
