Ethical vs Legal

TermDefinition
The principle of non-maleficence means... Do no harm
The principle of autonomy means... Accept the patients right choose and ensure they have free and informed consent
The principle of justice means... Treating all patient fairly. Putting the client first not $.
The principle of beneficence means... Promote the wellbeing of others. *Refer when needed*
