establish (V) to start a company, organization, system, etc that is intended to exist or continue for a long time
victory (N) a situation in which you win a battle, game, election, or dispute
defeat (N) failure to win or succeed
camaraderie (N) a feeling of friendship or team spirit among people who share an experience together
academy (N) an official organization which encourages the development of literature, art, science etc
recruit (V) to find new people to work in a company, join an organization, do a job etc
competitor (N) a person who takes part in an athletic contest.
passion (N) a very strong belief or feeling about something
discrimination (N) the practice of treating one person or group differently from another in an unfair way
responsible (adj) sensible and able to make good judgments, so that you can be trusted
champion (N) someone or something that has won a competition, especially in sport
elite (adj) a group of people who have a lot of power and influence because they have money, knowledge, or special skills
differentiate (V) to be the quality, feature etc that makes one thing or person clearly different from another
requirement (N) something that someone needs or asks for
generate (V) to produce or cause something
enhance (V) to improve the quality or value of something
adjust (V) to gradually become familiar with a new situation
twitch (V) make a small sudden movement
lactate (N) it is produced in the body when cells break down carbohydrates for energy, especially when oxygen levels are low.
compliment (V) say something polite about a person's appearance or something they did
