What is the last layer of the atmosphere? Thermosphere
What are the 2 layers that are in the thermosphere? Ionosphere and the Exosphere
What 2 layers of the atmosphere does the temperature drop in? Troposphere and the mesosphere
What 2 layers of the atmosphere does the temperature rise in? Stratosphere and the thermosphere
Why is the ozone layer important to life on Earth? It absorbs harmful UV radiation from the sun
What is density? The amount of mass an object has within a given volume
What is radiation? The transfer of energy by electromagnetic waves
What is convection? The transfer of heat through the movement or circulation of a liquid or gas
