Quality | Refers to the degree to which a product or service meets certain standards and satisfies customer expectations |

What are the key aspects of quality? | - Conformance to requirements - Consistency - Customer-centered approach |
Quality control | The checking for quality at the end of the production process. This process ensures that the final output meets the established quality standards and customer requirements. |
Quality assurance | The checking for quality standards throughout the production process. It helps proactively uncover risks and errors in the process to prevent issue in the final outcomes. |
Key differences between QA and QC? | QA is more process-oriented/OC is primarily product-focused QA is more proactive, identifying risks by monitoring and improving the manufacturing process continuously. QC is more reactive as it involves inspecting and testing |
