Mycobacterium avium-intracellulare complex (MAC) caused by mycobacterium intracellulare or mycobacterium avium. Respiratory/GI tract, fever, decreased weight , malaise, increased secretion, increased RR, decreased O2 Sat, cough, n/v, diarrhea, pain, distention
mycobacterium tuberculosis Systemic, attack any organ, decreased weight, decreased appetite
cytomegalovirus (CMV) Eye, Respiratory, GI, CNS
herpes simple virus encephalitis, big blisters, pain numbness
Varicela-zoster virus chicken pox virus, widespread of vesicles, like shingles
