Right Coronary Artery | Supplies right ventricle and posterior left ventricle; 60% of patient SA node artery; left and right atria |
Posterior Desending Artery | Usually branches off of the RCA, but sometimes the Left Circumflex; supplies inferior wall; ventricular septum and posteromedial papillary muscle |
Right Marginal Artery | Branches from RCA |
Left Anterior Desending Artery | Anterolateral myocardium; apex; interventricular septum; 45-55% of Left ventricle |
Left Circumflex Artery | Posterolateral left ventricle; anterolateral papillary muscle; some atrial supply |
