House of Representatives: How old do you have to be? 25 years old
House of Representatives: How long is a term? 2 years
House of Representatives: Where must you live to be in the house? The state you want to represent
House of Representatives: How long must you live in that state? 9 years
House of Representatives: How many members are there? 435 members
House of Representatives: How are they elected? The state votes
Senate: How long is a term? 6 years
Senate: How old must you be? 30 years old
Senate: Where must you live? The state you want to represent
Senate: How long must you have lived there? 7 years
House of Representatives: Who is the leader? The Speaker of the House
Senate: Who is the leader? Vice Prez.

Judicial Branch: Where do you have to live? You just have to be in the USA and be a citizen

Judicial Branch: Who is the leader? Chief Justice
Judicial Branch: How many members are there? 9
Judicial Branch: How are you elected? Chosen by the Prez. then approved by Congress
What does the first amendment cover? Free: speech, religion, press, assembly, and petition
What does the second amendment cover? Right to bear arms
What does the fourth amendment cover? Protection against unlawful search and seizure (You need a search warrant)
What does the fifth amendment cover? -Right to remain silent "Miranda's Rights" -Right to due process -No double jeopardy
What does the sixth amendment cover? -Right to a jury -A speedy trial -Informed of charges -Allowed legal advice
What does the 8th amendment cover? -No cruel or unusual punishments -No excessive bail
What does the 9th amendment cover? The constitution can't take away you're rights that you already have
What is the max amount of years you can be prez? 8 years normally but if the prez dies with 2 or less years left in the term and you are the vice prez, you become prez for those 2 years and then win the next two elections for a max of 10 years
