Amendment the change or addition to the constitution or a change in a bill in order for it to become a law

Speaker of the House the leader of the house of representatives. He or she is chosen by the majority party.
Impeach it is the sole power of the house to impeach or accuse the offical of a crime.
Appeal to feel that your rights have been violated and to ask to go to a higher court in attempt to get a retrial.
Jurisdiction the right to hear a case
subpoena a summoning to court
indictment formal accusation made by a grand jury
Grand Jury 12-24 to decide if there is enough evidence in order to have a trial
Quorum the required number of people in order to conduct business
Implied Power the power given to offical based off of expressed powers
Expressed powers powers that are explicetly given by the constution to specific branches or officals.
