What is the Bill of Rights? The Bill of Rights is a list of what The People have a right to do.
What are the 5 different parts of the 1st amendment? The 5 parts are: Freedom of Expression(Speech), Freedom of Religion, Freedom of the Press, Freedom of Assembly, Right to Petition the Government.
What does it mean to have the Right to Petition the Government? It means that you and or The People can try to convince the Government to change or create a bill for the benefit of The People.
How many components are in the Freedom or Religion? And what are the different components? 2 parts.Establishment Clause is the U.S Governmnet is not allowed to make one religion the main religion. Free Exercise Clause is when we can worship what and/or who we want.
The 4th amendment states that The People have what right? It states that The People has the right to go against an unreasonable search and seizures of person's AND property.
If Sally was walking down the street and a police officer told her that he was going to search her because of her hair color, does she have the right to say no? Yes she does have a right to say no because the 4th amendment says that The People have a right to go against unreasonable searches.
If Billy's mom says that he has to wear a jacket because it is cold outside, but Billy says he has the right to "bear arms", does he have the right? Billy is talking about the wrong type of bearing arms. The 2nd amendment says he has the right to bear arms means The People have the right to own a firearm.
