What is the Bill of Rights? It is the first (1-10) amendments to the nited state constitution.
What is an amendment? An amendment is an addition or a change to the US constitution.
Who doeas the Bill of Rights protect? It protects all people on the United States, it does not matter if they are her legally or not, dhort term or for life.
What is included in the 1st amendment? Freedom of speech or expression.Freedom of religion.Freedom of the press.Freedom of assembly.Right to petition the government.
What is the 2nd amendment? Right to bear arms (weapons).
The 3rd amendment includes what? The goverment canot force you to shelter soldiers in your home without your consent in time of a war or peace.
What is the parts of the 4th amendment? The right against unreasonable searches and seziures of people and their property.
What are the four parts of the 5th amendment? Try a personmore than once for the same crime.Make a person testify against himself/herself.Take away a perons life, liberty, or property without god reasons and fair procedures.Take aways a persons property unless the person paid for his/her property.
What are the four parts of the 6th amendment? A speedy and public trial.A jurry trial in a criminal case.Be told what he/she is acussed of doing wrong.Call a witness to speak on his/her behalf.Have an attorney.
What is the two parts of the 8th amendment? A person changed with a crime has a right to a fair fine.There cannot be any cruel and unusal punishment.
What is the purpose of the Bill of Rights? To give people in the United States a basic set of rights and freedom.
