How many parts are there to the 1st amendment? There are five parts to the 1st amendment.
What are the parts of the 1st amendment? [1] Freedom of speech [2] Freedom of religion [3] Freedom of the press [4] Freedom of assembly [5] Right to petition the government
What are the two clauses under Freedom of religion? [1] Establish clause [2] Free excercise caluse
What is the 2nd amendment? The 2nd amendment is the right to bear arms (weapons).
What does the 3rd amendment do? The 3rd amendment makes it so that the government can not force you to shelter soidiers in your home with out your consent in time or war or peace.
What right does the 4th amendment give you? The 4th amendment gives you the right against unreasonable searches (Your right to pravacy).
What is the 5th amendment? It is the rights to do process of law (Your day in court). You can not: be tried for the same crime twice, testify against yourself, take away rights with out reason, take away property with out payment.
What does the 6th amendment do? It is the right to a free trial. Rights included are: [1] A speedy and public trial [2] A jury trial in criminal case [3] Be told what he/she is accused of [4] Face the people who accused [5] Call witnesses to speak on behalf [6] Have an attourney
What is the 8th amendment? The 8th amendment is the right to a fair bail and punishment. This states that: A person charges with a crime has a right to a fair fine, and there can not be any cruel and unusual punishment.
