bulging fontanel is a sign of increased blood flow/bp
hard palate formed by these 2 bonees maxilla and palantine
cleft palate is lack of fusion between maxila and palantine --> hole betw oral/nasal cavitity could aspirate into airway, obstructed airway, aspirate pneumonia and/or starvation (because food doesn't go where it needs to go)
mandibular fossa, where mandible condyle articulates (of temporal bone) TMJ (temporal mandibular joint)- when mandibular fossa too shallow
osteoarthritis process articular cartilage wears away, cartilage poorly vascularized, little growth.

rheumatoid arthritis destruction of most CT and articular cartilage bwo autoimmune disease (Ab mediated destruction of ligaments, tendons, cartilage)
