Define health: A state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Relative state in which person is able to live to his or her potential icludes the 6 facets is not solely the absence of disease
Name the 6 facets of health: physical, mental, social, cultural, developmental, spiritual
Define nursing diagnosis: analyzing the collected data to identify actual health problems or responses to life processes and state them as nursing diagnoses.
what is the difference between an actual nursing diagnosis and a potential nursing diagnosis? and actual nursing diagnosis identifies an occuring health problem for your patient and a potential nursing diagnosis identifies a high-risk health problem that will most likely occur unless preventative measures are taken.
