If medication causes nausea when given on an empty stomach | give with food or milk |
If the medication causes the blood pressure to drop | Check BP if below 100/ 60 hold it notify prescriber of findings |
If the medication causes respirations to decrease | Check resp and if 12 or under hold |
If meds cause pulse to slow | check pulse if lower than 60 hold it and cal DR. |
