If medication causes nausea when given on an empty stomach give with food or milk
If the medication causes the blood pressure to drop Check BP if below 100/ 60 hold it notify prescriber of findings
If the medication causes respirations to decrease Check resp and if 12 or under hold
If meds cause pulse to slow check pulse if lower than 60 hold it and cal DR.
