Win-Lose   You are always trying to get ahead of others or be better then those around you. You are very proud in your work and cannot win unless others lose. High on courage and low on consideration.

Lose-Win   You are always insecure, not brave enough to speak aloud and stick up for yourself. Easily taken advantage of, and stick a lot of your feelings in your back pocket. Low on courage and high on consideration.

Lose-Lose   "If I'm going down, you are going down with me." You always seek revenge and if you cant win, then nobody else can win. Low in both courage and consideration.

Win-Win   "We are going to win together." You are always ready ready to walk away before someone loses, the perfect balance of courage and consideration. You put yourself first but those around you aren't very far behind.

EBA   A persons EBA or emotional bank account is a place in someone's mind where they build relationships with others and where they decide who they would like to keep in their life.
