| Term | Definition |
| Win-Win or No Deal | A situation with the best outcome for both/all parties involved only. All or nothing, high courage and consideration |
| Win-Lose | you win but nobody else does, not great for the community or uplifting of society |
| Lose-Win | weak mindset, suffering, get walked all over. Maybe good for the other person but not fulfilling for you |
| Lose-Lose | This is just bad?? I shouldn't have to explain it. |
| Win | Doesn't care about anything/one else, so long as they win. Not going out of their way to make others lose, but not helping either. |
| Pyrrhic Victory | Winning but at such an expense that it is, or almost is, a loss |
| Scarcity Mentality | A finite amount of something. If someone has a lot of this then I have little and there is no way to get more. Wrong. |
| Abundance Mentality | Success isn't a pie, it is a bakery, with infinite ingredients. |
| Consideration | Caring about the wellness/success of others |
| Courage | Standing up for yourself, doing the right thing, being brave |
| Abilene Paradox | "People taking actions in contradiction to the data have for dealing with and, as a result, compounding the problems rather than solving them." |
| "I " Language/Mentality | Selfish, taking credit for everything |
| "We" Language/Mentailty | Fair group mindset |
| Emotional Deposits | Something that makes you or the other person happy. Being kind, courteous, and respectful. |
| Keep Promises, Be Loyal, Apologize, Give Feedback, Forgive | Ways to keep someone's emotional bank full |
| Rules for Deposits | Only a deposit if the receiver sees it as a deposit An already satisfied need is not a big motivator |
