| Quantitative Data vs Qualitative Data | Quantitative data is based on numbers and is measurable, where as Qualitative data is description based and interpretative. |
| Observation vs Inference | An observation is what you see, while an inference is a theory, a hypothesis that needs evidence to be supported. |
| Constants vs Control Group | A constant is something that remains the same throughout a lab, a control group is a variable that isn't tested on. |
| Biomolecule | Biomolecules are a chemical compound in living organisms. The 4 main groups are carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids, and proteins. |
| Monomer vs Polymer | A monomer is a molecule that can combine with other molecules of the same kind to form a Polymer. 'Mono' means one, where as 'Poly' means multiple, or more than one. |
| Lipid | Compounds that are soluble in organic solvents, except polar solvents like water. There are fatty acids, glycerides, nonglycerides, and complex lipids. |
| Protein | It's compromised mostly of amino acids residues bonded together by peptide bonds. Proteins are one of the major biomolecules found in organisms. |
