Altrusim | when you care about or help other people, even though this brings no advantage to yourself. |
global village | a name for the world, used to emphasize the degree to which everything is connected and each part depends on the others. |
Honor system | Something that make you fell proud and glad. |
Faith | A strong feeling of trust in someone or something. |
Flatter | to praise someone in order to please them or get something from them, even though you do not mean it. |
Appreciate | used to thank someone in a polite way or to say that you are grateful for something they have done. |
Compliment | Something you say that shows you admire someone or something. |
Pronunciation | the act or result of producing the sounds of speech, including articulation, stress, and intonation, often with reference to some standard of correctness or acceptability. |
Skill | an ability to do something well, especially because you have learned and practised it. |
Poster | a large printed notice, picture,or photograph, used to advertise something or as a decoration |
Syllabus | a plan that states exactly what students at a school or college should learn in a particular subject. |
Assignment | a piece of work that is given to someone as part of their job. |
Survey | a set of questions that you ask a large number of people in order to find out about their opinions or behavior. |
widow | a woman whose husband has died and who has not married again. |
Obligated | to make someone have to do something, because it is the law, their duty, or the right thing to do. |
Vocabulary | the stock of words used by or known to a particular people or group of persons. |
