Meditation | a systematic narrowing of attention that slows the metabolism and helps produce feelings of relaxation. |

Biofeedback | a system of monitoring and feeding back information about certain biological process (IE: blood pressure) ex: headaches, heart rate, and blood pressure |
Sensory Deprivation | a condition where subjects cannot see, hear, or touch anything -People become irritable; trouble concentrating; hallucinations. |
