Land Habitats

QuestionAnswer
adaptation A body part or behavior that helps an animal survive. A giraffe's long neck is an adaptation.
food chain The order in which living things get food in a habitat. All animals are part of a food chain.
habitat A place where plants and animals live. A forest is a habitat for many plants and animals.
ocean Salty water that is very large and deep. Whales live in the ocean.

What would happen to us if our food was not there anymore? We would die because we would have no food to eat.
