Types of Tests

TermDefinition
Performance test the test taker know what he/she should do in response to question/tasks on the test
Observational test the person being tested does not have a single, well-defined task to perform; assessed on typical behavior
Self-Report tests require the test taker to to describe his/her feeling, attitudes, beliefs, values, opinions, physical state or mental state
