Diltiazem HCL (Cardizem) | Adult: 0.25mg/kg IV over 2 minutes. If inadequate response, repeat at 0.35mg/kg IV over 2 minutes. Pediatric: NOT RECOMMENDED |
Epinephrine | Adult: Allergic reactions/asthma: 03.-0.5mg IM (0.3-0.5ml 1:1,000) Anaphylaxis: 0.3-0.5mg IV (3-5ml 1:10,000) Cardiac: 1mg IV push every 3-5 min. Pediatric: 0.01mg/kg IM max of 0.5mg (1:1,000) Cardiac: 0.01mg/kg IV (1:10,000) |
