Thinking Win-win It is the basic principle of success. Unless other people win with you, you don't truly win.
What is a Win-Lose situation? When you are high on courage and low on consideration, always trying to get ahead of other people. You can't win unless other people lose.
What is a Lose-Win situation? When you are low on courage and high on consideration. You're insecure, or not brave enough to stick up for yourself.
What is Lose-Lose situation? When you are low on courage and low on consideration. If you can't win,nobody wins. You envy and criticize others and also yourself.
What is Win-win situation? A balance of courage and consideration. Winning or succeeding together as a team.
What are the two principals of people who think Win-Win or No Deal? Courage and consideration.
Emotional Bank Account(EBA) Treating a friendship or relationship as a bank account. Making deposits or withdrawals can either improve(deposit) or hurt(withdrawal) the relationship.
What are the different types of EBA deposits? Do small acts of kindness, keep promises, don't spread confidential information or secrets, don't gossip, set clear expectations, apologize and learn to forgive.
What are the different types of EBA withdrawals? Gossiping, holding grudges, breaking a promise and telling someone's secrets.
The primary rules for making deposits into an EBA? A deposit is only a deposit if the other person sees it as such. It can take more than one deposit to make up for a withdrawal.
Effective Students They balance courage with consideration, are happy for the success of others and make deposits into other's bank accounts.
Ineffective Students. They think of "me first", get jealous when others do well and make more withdrawals than deposits.
