klonapin/clonazepam treat seizures, panic disorder, anxiety side effects: dizziness, indigestion, loss of muscle coordination, low energy, slurred speech
Prilosec/omeprazole heartburn, damaged esophagus, stomach ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux side effects: back/leg/stomach pain, blisters, painful urination
Amlodipine/Norvasc high BP, chest pain side effects: swelling, excess fluid in lungs, headache, fatigue, palpitations, dizziness, nausea, flushing
Eliquis/apixaban treat and prevent blood clots/prevent stroke in people w/ afib. side effects: chest pain/tightness, swelling of face or tongue, trouble breathing, feeling dizzy/faint
coumadin/warfarin treat and prevent blood clots side effects: severe bleeding, red/brown urine, black or bloody stool, severe headache, stomach pain
Lasix/furosemide diuretic, can treat fluid retention (edema) and swelling caused by (CHF), liver disease, kidney disease side effects: increased urination, thirst, muscle cramps, rash, dizziness, diarrhea

b-12/cyanocobalamin treats low levels of this vitamin side effects: pain/redness at injection site, mild diarrhea, itching, feeling of swelling all over
Lexapro/escitalopram depression/generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) side effects: nausea, dry mouth, constipation, tiredness, dizziness, sweating, decreased sex interest, easy bruising/bleeding

actos/pioglitazone diabetes drug. used along with a proper diet and exercise to control high blood sugar for type 2. side effects: dizziness, pharyngitis, respiratory infection, sinusitis
Zofran/ondansetron prevent nausea/vomiting. side effects: constipation, drowsy, fever, headache disorder, diarrhea
oxybutynin/ditropan used to treat an overactive bladder side effects: upper respiratory infection, UTI, erythema, xerostomia

glimepride/amaryl used for diabetes type 2. controls high blood sugar side effects: nausea, upset stomach
