what is the main point of module 11? to build effective relationships with people by working for their benefit as well as my own.
what is a win-lose? this is here you have to win while others lose. ( low consideration and high courage)
what is a lose-win? this is where you don't have enough courage to stick up got yourself. your easily taken advantage of and bury your feelings. (high in consideration and low in confidence)
what is a lose-lose? this is where you have the mentality of where you cant win then no one can win. for example " if I'm going down, your going down with me". (loe in courage and consideration"
what is a win-win or no deal? this is where both can win otherwise one is "walking". basically a situation where both people can benefit and if not it is not worth the stress or hassle. this is where you want to be. ( high in courage and consideration)
what is the main point of module 12? make deposits of kindness and helpfulness into others EBA.
why do you need to find out what a deposit is for another person? what you may think is a deposit may be a withdraw to the other person.
what could be a deposit? do small acts of kindness and not withdrawing-being unkind.
why is it important to keep promises? if you break a promise it bankrupts a persons EBA.
what should you do if someone upsets you? always forgive them.
what should you do if you upset someone? apologize immediately.
