Win-Lose Your always trying to get ahead of other people or be better than other people.
Lose-Win You're not brave enough to stick up for yourself.
Lose-Lose If you cant win, nobody wins.
Win-Win or no deal You're ready to walk away before someone lose, including yourself.
Find out what a deposit is for the other person What you think is a deposit for the other person may in fact be a withdrawal in their mind.
Do small acts of kindness To perform an act of contribution, help, kindness or share with someone if you know they need it.
Keep promises If you can't keep your promises, you shouldn't make them in the first place.
Keep Confidences A feeling of assurance that a confidant will keep a secret.
Be loyal to the absent Avoid gossiping or backbiting.
Set clear expectations Set ground rules.
Apologize If you're in the wrong admit it.
Forgive Learn to forgive and forget.
