Definition of memory: learning saved over time- not all of our learning
Definition of information: processing model-memory in which helps recognize family, speak language, find your way home, etc
What does information allow? allows yourself to relieve and enjoy/anguish over past memory
Whats the first step of memory? record to-be-remembered info.
whats the second step of memory? process info into short term memory---> encode through rehearsal
Whats the third step of memory? Info. moves to the long term memory
