Schedule lll lower abuse potential than l and ll, five refills allowed in 6 months, handwritten prescription by physician Ex. anabolic steriods
Schedule lV lower abuse potential lll, five refills allowed in 6 months, prescription must be sign by physician ex. alprazolam (xanax)
Schedule V lower abuse potential that lV, five refills allow in 6 months, prescription must be signed by a physician Ex. robitussin ac, Lomotil
